An electronic machine understand binary which on or off ie. 0 or 1. This can also be called machine language. The machine language is purely 0’s and 1’s.

But the user cannot give instructions to electronic machines like computer so the user writes program in high level language and there are several components and software in the computer which converts the user-defined instruction to low-level or machine language and then the machine responds in machine language and then it gets transferred to user-defined language.
