hey mate... here's your answer...
➡️A .... since the valence electron is in s orbital so it should be in s block.... it us Aluminum (Al) 12... valency 3

➡️B... since the valence electron is in p orbital it is of p block ... Oxygen (O) 8 .... valency 2

✔️so the compound formed will be ✴️Al2O3
