An element has 4 shells and third shell has twice the no of electrons as it is present in first cell. Is this element present in the periodic table, if not where will you place it?

Answer:

no the element does not exist because twice electons are 4 and if there are 4 electrons on third shell there is no need of fourth shell hence such element is not present
