Atomic no. = 13
valence electrons = 5
valency = 3

b) ELEMENT Y OF ATOMIC NO. 18 IS ARGON
electronic configuration = 2,8,8
valency = 0
when Al react with Ar
AlAr3.
c) when Al react with Cl
Alcl3.
