z element is aluminium with valency 3

hence it is an metal

shivamsinghrajput983: How the valency of Z is 3
lalitha2004: bcz when it react with H it given 3 atoms and hydrogen valency is 1 to get z octect it used 3 hydrogen atoms so its valency is 3 and if we see in other casas also it is same
