Step-by-step explanation:

mass of the elephant= 2500kg

force exerted by the elephant= 2500kgf= 2500kg x 10m/s^2 = 25,000N

Area of crossection of all the four feet of elephant = 4 x 300cm^2 = 1200 x (1m/100)^2= 1200 x 1m^2/10000 = 12/100m^2

So, pressure exerted by elephant = force/ area = 25000N/12/10m^2 = 20,833.3333N/m^2
