We know that w = m * g

                            = 1800kg * 9.8

                            = 17640 N.

Given, frictional force opposing the motion.

So, F = weight + frictional force

         = 17640 + 4000

         = 21640 N.

Minimum power delivered by the motor = F * V

                                                                    = 21640 * 2

                                                                     = 43280 W.

Hope this helps!
