an elevator decends into an mine shaft at rate of 9m/min .how long if the decent starts from 10cm above the ground level will it take to reach (-350)m ?

                                      = 10-(-350)

                                      = 360m

Time taken to reach 9m= 1min

Time taken to reach 360m= 360/9

                                            = 40 min

∴ it will take 40 mins to reach 360m.
