an elevator descends into a mine shaft at the rate of 6 metre per minute the decent starts from 10 metre above sea level so first question where will it reach in 20 minutes second question how long will it take to reach a depth of - 350 ​

(i)m per min = 6

20 mins = 6 x 20 = 120

(ii) 6 m = 1 min

  360 m (10+30) = 360/6 = 60 min = 1hr
