acceleration of the elevator, which could cause a reaction of
800 N on the floor.

simple question we have F(force)= M(mass) × A(acceleration)
given F = 800 N M = 65 kg
so 800 = 65 × A
⇒ A = 12.31 m/s² . Answer.
