hi dear

your answer is

F=ma

upward acceleration is 'a'

F is tension

m is elevetor weight

a=mF

a=400048000

a=12m/s2

v2−u2=2as

S is height

v=u tat

v = at     ,u = 4

v = 36m/s

v2=2as

S = 18m

hopes its helps you
