It's too simple dear ,

2ae = 2

=> ae = 1

Centre of ellipse = mid point of foci

C (x, y)

x = ( (- 1) + (1) ) / 2 = 0

y = ( (1) + (1) ) / 2 = 1

Equation :-

x^2/1 + (y-1)^2 /b = 1

It passes through (0,0)

(0)^2/1 + (0-1)^2 /b = 1

b = 1

Equation : -
