It is stated that I went Chandigarh to spend Christmas holidays with my grand parents and I have been granted leaves for one week. My leave will come to end tomorrow, but unfortunately death of my grandfather has occurred. I regret to inform, but i will not be able to come to school for the next week, Kindly grant my leave extension for next week. I shall be very obliged to you.
