Subject - Permission to organise the literary festival week.

Sir,

I am Suraj Mehta, head of the Literary Club of our school. In view of World Literary Day a few weeks away, our club wants to organise a festival week.

We aim to do so for the promotion of English language and literature, as we see a large number of children and people deprived of the elegance of the English Language.

We want to do various plays, show movies and organise bookstalls showing the grace of English. Also, we want to gift people pocket English dictionary.

We look forward to your permission for the organisation under the name of the school. Looking forward to your reply.
