Hey Mate,

a) Given,

A person earns Rs. 18000 in 15 months.

Then,

Earnings for one month = 18000/15 = Rs. 1200

Therefore, Earnings for 7 months = Rs. 1200 x 7 = Rs. 8400

b)  Since, he earns Rs. 1200 in one month it will take him              ( 30000 / 1200 ) months to earn Rs. 30000.

Therefore, it will take him 25 months to earn Rs. 30000.

Hope it Helps!
