Employees get reducion ratio 19:16

let's assume there was a common factor x that was divided when ratio was taken

And wages increment ratio 4:5

Here let's assume a common factor y was divided when ratio was taken.

Thus exact no of -

Employees (Before) - 19x

Employees (After) - 16x

Wages (before) - 4y

Wages (after) - 5y

Wages bill (Before) - 19x * 4y

Wages bill ( after) - 16x * 5y

Final Ratio - 76xy/80xy i.e. 19:20
