An empty cylinder of radius 7 cm and length 10cm is covered by a conical cap of radius 10.5 cm and height 9 cm. Calculate the volume of air in this set up?

Answer:

Volume of the cylinder=22/7×49×10=1540

Volume of the conical cap=22/7×10.5×10.5×9/3=1039.5

Total volume of the set =1540+1039.5=2579.5 cm^2
