The capacitance of the capacitor of any plate  or conducting shell can be written as capacitance C will be kεA/d where k is the dielectric constant if present, A is the area and d is the distance between plates.

Thus, as seen from the equation we get to know that the capacitance will increase by k times which is C*k.
