An endocrine gland which is both exocrine and endocrine is the pancreas that is a long flattened gland located deeply in the belly or in the abdomen.

Exocrine glands are glands having ducts for their secretions whereas endocrine glands are ductless and also their secretions are directly poured into blood stream.

The pancreas gland works both, because it is a glandular organ in the upper abdomen, in the digestive system and serves as two glands in organs.
