Amount of energy is equal to 484 joules.

Initial Rounds per min of the flywheel= 60

Final Round per min of the flywheel =360

Thus increase in the rounds per min of the flywheel = 360-60 = 300

The moment of inertia of the flywheel = 484/300= 1.6Kgms-2
