Dear Student,

◆ Answer -

f' = 220 Hz

● Explaination -

# Given -

f = 200 Hz

v = 340 m/s

v' = 16 m/s

# Solution -

Frequency of the echo heard by the driver is -

f' = f(v'+v)/(v'-v)

f' = 200 × (340 + 16) / (340 - 16)

f' = 220 Hz

Therefore, the frequency of the echo as heard by the driver is 220 Hz.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
