we know that,

density of water = 1000kg/, then

mass of water (m) = volume x density

= 100m³ x 1000kg/ = 100000kg

Now,

power of engine = work/time

= mgh/t

= 100000kg x 9.8m/ x 20m/1800s

= 19600000/180 J/s

= 10888.89W

= 10.89kW.
