An engine of a car causes the car to move 70 m in 3.5 sec as it generates 24000W. How much electrical energy is required to produce such power? What is the mass of the car if it accelerates at 2m/s^2

So, your formula becomes: D=Initial Velocity x Time + 1/2 Acceleration x Time^2. But NEVER forget that both your books and Sal's formula only apply when Acceleration is constant
