potential energy or work done = 148 J
Mass=500 g=500/1000=0.5 kg
g =10 m/s2

P.E.=148 J
mgh=148
(0.5)(10)h=148
5h=148
h=148/5
h=29.6 m

work done = mgh
energy = mgh
148j =500 * 10 * h
148/5000= h
0.0296 meters=h
