Given:-

  • Potential Energy ,PE = 450 J

  • Mass ,m = 400g = 400/1000 = 0.4kg

To Find:-

  • Height can be lifted it ,h

Solution:-

As we know that the energy possed by body due to the of height is called Potential Energy.

And we also know that the acceleration due to gravity is 9.8m/

• PE = mgh

where,

PE is the Potential Energy

m is the mass of body

g is the acceleration due to gravity

h is the height of body

Substitute the value we get

➨ 450 = 0.4 × 9.8 ×h

➨ 450 = 3.92 × h

➨ h = 450/3.92

➨ h = 45000/392

➨ h = 114.79 m

Therefore , the height can be it to lifted is 114.79 Metres .

P = mgh

=> 450 = 0.4 × 9.8 ×h

=> 450 = 3.92 × h

=> h = 450/3.92

=> h = 45000/392

=> h = 114.80 ≈ 115 m

Height is 115 m.
