an engineer is designing the runway for the airport . of the planes that will use the airport ,the lowest acceleration rate is likely to be 3 m/s2 .the takeoff speed for this plane will be 65 m/s .assuming this minimum acceleration , what is in minimum allowed length for the runway

Anonymous: Is there any time given?
ancypreshifa: exactly ojaswi

2as=v²-u²
2(3)s=(65)²-(0)²
6s=4225
s=4225/6
=704.17

Therefore,
the minimum length of the runway is 704.17m

ancypreshifa: why
ancypreshifa: but the answer that i got is also right na
Anonymous: Actually we need to write upto 2 decimal places
