An entrepreneur who is fulfilling the below ethics and moral responsibility towards society is an asset for society and should be allowed to survive and grow.

An ethical entrepreneur follows the following practices :  

(i) He/she provides good quality products at reasonable prices to his /her customers.

(ii) He/she provides the correct quantity of goods.

(iii) He/she keeps in mind environmental issues during production.  

(iv) He/she pays reasonable wages to his /her workers and does not use child labor.

(v) He/she refrain from unethical trade practices such as adulteration, promoting misleading advertisements, cheating in weights and measures, black marketing, etc.  

(vi) He/she makes sensible use of natural resources.
