an entrepreneur who is highly resistant to changes is called

Answer:
Here’s what worked for me.
I asked myself what i wanted.
Do i want to be a forever bitter second place feeling inferior every time i see this person?
Do I want to be a cocky winner who keeps feeling superior if i manage to improve myself to the point i feel i’m better than them?
Actually, both are not what i wanted. I simply want to be a confident, powerful entrepreneur in my own right who is not threatened by other people’s success.
The way to become powerful is through accepting my own shortcomings and seeking improvement.
The fastest and most effective way to improvement is through copying what other successful people are doing.
Therefore, I learnt to embrace people better than me. I learnt to consult them, learn from them, treat them with respect.
Not because i feel inferior, but because they have spent a lot of blood, sweat and tears to acquire skills and aptitudes that i respect, and i want to learn from them to become more powerful.
When I stopped seeing life as a competition and instead more as growing and learning, the negative emotions disappeared.
