An enzyme contains 5.6%Fe, calculate number of Fe atoms present in 1gm of enzyme

  • Given the % of Fe in enzyme is 5.6%

  • so, in 1 gm , the mass of Fe will be 5.6%*(1) = 0.056gm

  • so no. of atoms of Fe is. 0.056/56*(Na)
  • = 0.001 × 10²³
  • = 10^20 atoms
