Each side of equilateral triangle, a = 50 cm

We know that,

Area of an equilateral triangle = ( √3 / 4 ) * a^2

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = ( √3 / 4 ) * ( 50 ) ^ 2

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = ( √3 / 4 ) * 2500

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = √3 * 625

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = 625√3 sq. cm

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = 625 * 1.732 sq. cm

=> Area of an equilateral triangle = 1082.5 sq. cm
