The process of learning helps with a better experience in life and helps with better mental functioning. Challenging the brain with the learning activities help to stimulate the brain and it helps to keep people mentally alert. When a person is learning something it alerts the brainpower and it helps in retaining the memory which adds to the criterion of intellectual sharpness.
