An essay on how did you spend your new year

With great enthusiam I spent my new year.
The day is special to me as my birth day is also on 1 Jan. My parents on the day bought me a great cake which I shared among my friends. Next according to our plan we went to old age home where we spent some time between the olderly people.

New year celebrations, means to welcome the new year, and gives farewell to old year. Actually, 1st January is first day of new year, but it is grandly celebrated in the night of 31st December at 12 : 00.

When coming to my way of celebrating it, I am celebrating it with a great joy. I'm taking a resolution ever year and follow them too.
