we live in 21st century everything is modern and we want everything instantaneous. for taking lunch 5 minute is enough to prepare noodles.
now a day to keep our self fit and fine it's little bit challenge for us . According to WHO most of the people suffer from disease called diabetes which is due to obesity . to keep ourselves fit and fine we have to give approx an hour doing exercises or yoga and morning walk is necessary everyday in field . instead of taking fast food we have to take food like green vegetable fruits pulses milk everyday. every '6' month we must have to check up our body .
