Indians don't have patience because they want everything to be done as fast as possible. They think that their work should be done first and for that they are ready to break lines and rules and to give extra money for that even if this kind of practice is wrong. They say that there is no other way to do that because others are greedy, but they don't know that they are also greedy because to complete their work they are ready to do anything. But also sometimes they have to practice this kinds of work due to the need of the situation. For even marriages of girls they do not have patience because all the Indians excepts some have common thoughts that a girl should marry after completing her college, as she can get job even after marriage or she can complete her studies even after marriage.
I don't want to criticise anyone but want to tell the truth.
