Winter though, is without a doubt my favorite season. I enjoy winter because of the beautiful snow, there are no pigeons, and because of the days that we get out of school. My first reason for considering winter for my favorite season is that when it snows it mostly covers everything. The trees and the ground are covered in fresh white snow. I can go out side and build snowmen and snowwomen that are decorated with all kinds of stuff. Like hats, gloves, sticks for arms, a carrot for a nose, and rocks for their eyes! I

My favourite season is summer. This is because we get long holidays during this season and do not have to go to school. The heat does not bother me much and I enjoy myself thoroughly.

During the summer holidays I get to play plenty of cricket or football with my friends. I also go for swimming everyday in the pool at the local club. During the day it is too hot to go outdoors. So I read story books or play computer games very often my friends come over to play Carrom for chess with me. I too go to their houses.

Summer is the time for picnics and excursions and visit. I go for picnics with my friends. Sometimes my father arranges a family trip for 3 or 4 days. Sometimes my grandparents or uncles and aunts come over to spend a few days. Or we go to their houses for a short visit. So there is always something exciting happening.

I really do love summer because summer means holidays !
