India is one of my favourite countries. I love her culture and her people. I feel honoured to be associated with India as a Latvian Ambassador. The first task in my agenda is to organise a group cultural exchange between India and Latvia. Latvians are very fond of Art and Music and India with her diverse culture can contribute strongly to her cultural quest. So I will promote a cultural exchange between the two countries.
‘India’ is greatly developing in her IT Sector. Her greatest benefit is her English speaking IT personnels. I can negotiate with them to work for us and have a professional tie-up with us. Indian clothes are much in vogue in my country. The Latvian girls love the Indian skirts. So I will try to coordinate with the Indian textile Minister and enter into a coalition.
