                                 Today’s Youth is Goal Oriented

The youth are the miraculous power of any country. The youth are the best hope of mankind. If any future goals of success, prosperity, peace, and safety are to be accomplished, their participation is a must. Similarly, if a country wants to achieve the goal of national development, it will have to involve the youth in the development programmes. India is quite fortunate in this regard.

The recently held Commonwealth Games at Gold Coast, Australia Indian youth brought the nation many laurels by securing 3 position in the overall medal tally. All these medals were won by the youth of India. It would not have been possible if the young players would not have been so goal oriented.

P.V. Sindhu, Saina Nehwal, Manushi Chillar Indian Cricket Team U-19 that won the world cup 2018, Kautilya Pandit, 8 yr old wonderkid with extraordinary memory, named as India’s “Google boy”, Angad Daryani, the boy who made India’s first 3D printer at the age of 13, etc. are all young people who made India proud with their exceptional talents.

In conclusion it can be said that today’s youth is far more goal oriented as compared to the youth that lived in the past.

Answer:

YOUTH IS GOAL ORIENTED AN ARGUMENTATIVE

Explanation:

Our definition of success has always been strange to me. Our society has become intensely goal oriented from a young age, which isn 't necessarily a bad thing, it has just warped our view of success. It is as though we need to reach every specific goal that we set when we are at our young and volatile age, and if we don 't we won 't find happiness or success. This isn’t exactly the wording in our mind but this thinking has become the widely accepted thought process among our generation. I will tell you however this thinking is so false it 's comical. To use a personal example, my grandfather is one of the most successful men I know, being decorated in our local business community, along with being very kind and intelligent. When he was my age he had no idea what he wanted to do. He worked his way through farming, tire stores and clothing before he found his calling and passion in real estate. It took him years and years to find what he was passionate about and what made him happy. It took an extended period of time for him but once he found it he was excellent at what he did. He was excellent because he found what he truly enjoyed doing. The older generation understands that it is a process to find our success in life, but we view it as something instantaneous that we can sprint to by hitting all our set goals as early as possible. We have to slow down in our thinking and path and learn to enjoy the process. As long as we keep working towards where we want to go we will get there eventually.

Hope to find success but also hope to enjoy the journey to get there and acknowledge that it may be a long road. I 'm not saying in this that reaching your goals as quickly as possible isn 't something you shouldn’t strive to do, but it isn’t...

... the swankiest of cars or live in the most elegant of homes. These things may have come with their success but these things do not inherently make them successful. The worldly gauges or measurements of success we often use don’t really mean all that much.

That is where we have been wrong for so long. We have seen success as being as individually prominent and distinguished as possible. But in my eyes, the truest form of earthly success is the ability to contribute to and advance the success of others. When we do this we become larger than ourselves and can have a positive impact on the world so immense we couldn’t have imagined it. We change the lives of others for the better, allowing them to do the same for those they meet and in doing so we create a chain that can span decades, centuries and eons and allow our presence to live on long after we return to the dust.
