Alcohol is a depressant on CNS and hence it affects the cerebellum which controls our movements and equilibrium of our body..
Alcohol makes the motor neurons less active and decreases the rate of our movements.
The person feels dizzy and loses the posture of the body after drinking alcohol..it also weakens our thinking n memory if taken in large amounts

Answer:

When a person consumes an excessive amount of alcohol then they lose control, it because it is known to disturb the functioning of the hindbrain known as the cerebellum, and it is responsible for maintaining the balance and posture of the body.
