We have the property of exterior and interior angles,

Exterior angle is equal to the sum of interior opposite angles.

From triangle ABC is figure above,

∠ACD=∠ABC+∠BAC

Let, ∠ABC=60 ∘

∠ACD=130 ∘

∴130 ∘

=60 ∘

+∠BAC

∠BAC=130 ∘ −60 ∘

=70 ∘

This is the value of the other opposite angle.
