Given

We have Given an exterior angle of 85°

and one opposite interior angle is 13°

To Find

we have to find the other interior opposite angles

\sf\huge\bold{\underline{\underline{{Solution}}}}

Since,we don't know the other opposite angle but we have given one interior angle and one exterior angle.

➛ Let the other interior angle be 'x'

Here, property of triangle will use :

The sum of two interior angles is equal to the opposite exterior angle [ exterior angle property]

By using exterior angle property

➛ 1st interior angle+2nd interior angle = exterior angle

➛13°+x = 85°

➛x= 85-13

x= 72°

Hence,the other interior opposite angle is 72°

Extra information=>

More triangle properties :

  • The sum of all angles in a triangle is equal to 180°.
  • The sum of any two sides is always greater than the third side.
  • In an equilateral triangle each angle is of 60°.
  • In a right angled triangle one angle is 90°.
