let \eta = fraction of iceberg submerged

then , volume of iceberg submerged = \eta V

\rho V g = \eta \sigma V g

thus \eta = \frac{\rho}{\sigma}

We find \eta = 0.893203... which is the fraction of the iceberg submerged.

thus the fraction of iceberg outside = 1 - \eta = 0.10679...

The percent is 10.68%
