The selling price of one ice cream is ₹13.5

• Given data :

Purchasing rate of 12 ice creams is rupees 9 per piece.

Total profit amount after sale is rupees 54.

• Firstly, we have to calculate the total purchasing price by using the following mathematical formula :

= Total number of ice cream × Price of one ice cream

= 12×9

= ₹108

• Now, we have to calculate the selling price by using the following mathematical formula :

= Purchasing price + Total profit

= (108+54)

= ₹ 162

• So,the selling price of 12 icecream is ₹162

• So,the selling price of 1 ice cream

= 162/12 = ₹13.5 (answer)

Answer:

13.5 each ice cream price

Step-by-step explanation:

Solve :

12 ice cream = 9 rupees each

profit he made =54 rupees

total cost of 12 ice cream = 12×9=180

now we will add the profit and total cost of ice cream

= 108+54=162

now we will divide 162 with 12 because we have to find price of each ice cream

162/12 = rupees 13.5

Answer :

He sold each ice Cream at 13.5 rupees .
