Using Law of flotation:-
den. of body/den. of liquid =vol. of body
immersed/total vol. of body
09/10 (approx) = vol. imm / total vol.

By comparison,
fraction of iceberg inside= 9/10
So, fraction of iceberg outside = 1/10
