The reason for this is to enhance sustainability on food and clothing which are basic needs .
The village was to have its own theatre and even play ground.
It was supposed to have wells and tanks , public schools and social halls.
Other crops that were to be grown were all the money making crops except , drugs like Ganja and tobacco.
