an ideal pendulum oscillates in vaccum between two extremes position A and B . if it goes from position A to position B and then returns from position B to mean position C in 3s, then it will complete 3.5 oscillations in how many seconds?

as per the data given for 1 complete oscillation it takes 4sec.
then for 3.5 oscillations it takes=3.5×4=14secs

According to the problem:

the oscillation of the pendulum is completed in 3s.

So in 3s 1 oscillation.

For 3.5 oscillations,time=3*3.5s

=10.5s
