The plane is inclined at 30∘ to horizontal and the path of the cylinder is at 30∘ to OX

Therefore the acceleration of cylinder

a=(gsin30∘)(sin30∘)

=10(12)(12)

=2.5m/s2

time taken =t=2sa−−−√

=2×52.5−−−−√

=2s
