An indicator is a dye that changes colour when it is put into an acid or an alkali and shows whether a solution is acid or alkaline.
There are number of indicators. Some are shown in the table. Mention the colour change they show in the acids and alkali. One is done for you.
The salt formed during a chemical reaction depends upon which acid is used. Match the acids to the appropriate salts and mention in front of it. One example is done for you.
