An individual paper Catches fire very easily and by itself whereas a Paper wrapped around an aluminum pipe doesn't. Give reason why?

Paper by itself catches fire easilybecause it attains its ignition temperature .Hence burns. Whereas, Apaper wrapped in aluminum pipe does not burn because: Aluminum is a metal and a good conductor of heat.
