answer : option (c) is correct

explanation : according to Faraday's law ,
" the induced electromotive force (emf) in any closed circuit is equal to the negative of the time rate of change of the magnetic flux through the circuit. "

but here it is given that an infinitely long cylinder is kept parallel to an \textbf{uniform magnetic field B} directed along positive z axis. so, the magnetic flux doesn't change. hence, induced emf will be zero.
