an inflated balloon is charged by rubbing with fur . will it stick readily to a conducting wall or to an insulating wall? give reason

Balloon is attracted to both walls but it remain stuck to insulating wall only.

Explanation:

Conductors contain free electrons ( many in numbers) taking balloon positively charged , it's charge depleated on touching conducting wall due to transfer of electrons.
